Our Founder, Jessica Munson, has nearly 20 years of experience in building businesses, and she has a strong track record of success in startups, nonprofits, and complex organizations.
Post-pandemic, she noticed a significant gap in the market for appropriate support for startups, nonprofits, and small to mid-market companies. She saw that there are organizations desperate for growth and looking for highly experienced expertise, but that ultimately didn’t quite need the full-time support of an, often extremely expensive, executive.
After numerous calls from varying organizations asking her to consider counseling them part time, Adsum Partners was born. Jessica wanted to fill this gap and bring her years of experience with corporate to various companies and nonprofits in a fractional, or service-oriented, format.

In her corporate career, Jessica has held unique roles that bring business, revenue, and performance management together with sales/marketing strategy and program management. She considers her most valuable skill to be her ability to see the big picture. She’s passionate about solving problems, naturally drawn toward puzzles, and has a knack for using data to find the answer.
She’s had the opportunity to sit in both sales/marketing and business operations which allows her to have a focus on organizational strategies that can meet both the revenue desires, and the business requirements. Regardless of title or location in an organization, Jessica has spent her entire career in some aspect of sales and marketing, consistently carrying hybrid roles of sales and operations and leading portfolio values worth up to $600M annually.

Jessica considers her specialties to be building organizations and processes that retain and grow revenue, building teams and plans that are tasked with both growth strategies and strong customer experiences (including hiring the right talent, and navigating complex performance management), establishing metrics/KPIs and enablement programs that make expectations clear and results inevitable, or navigating complex organizational change where an existing organization is struggling to either retain employees, customers, or revenue, or overall, struggling to hit its goals.
