With over 20 years of experience leading growth across multiple industries, our founder, Jessica Munson, has built her career on turning potential into measurable results. She’s held roles spanning sales, marketing, and business operations, managing portfolios worth hundreds of millions annually and guiding teams through major transformations.

Before founding Adsum Partners, Jessica gained experience in both boardrooms and startups, developing high-level strategy, executing operational initiatives, and scaling organizations across diverse environments. She understands that growth looks different for every organization.

Jessica’s leadership is defined by her ability to connect strategy to execution, seeing the big picture while ensuring the right structure, talent, and metrics are in place to make it happen. Her focus is helping leaders gain clarity, align their teams, and build systems that sustain results long after the initial momentum.

Outside of client work, Jessica serves nonprofit boards, mentors emerging leaders, and explores how mindset and structure together drive lasting growth.
