Meeting Cancellation and Usage of Allocated Hours Policies

To our Consulting Clients, including those leveraging Retainer Services, Bucket of Hours, and Ad Hoc Services. We appreciate your continued partnership with Adsum Partners. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional consulting services, we would like to inform you of our Meeting Cancellation and Usage of Allocated Hours (or Hour Ranges) Policies:

Meeting Cancelation Policy

Any scheduled meeting that is canceled with less than 24 hours of business notice will incur charges equivalent to the allocated consulting hour(s). This policy is implemented to ensure the effective allocation of our consulting resources and to maintain the high standard of service that we strive to provide.

It is our expectation that a consultant does everything within their power to utilize the allocated time on services for your business. However, we acknowledge that, despite our best efforts, it may not be possible to guarantee the utilization of the entire allocated time.

Usage of Allocated Hours (or Hour Ranges) Policy

Our consulting services include the allocation of dedicated hours to address your business needs. It’s important to understand that the allocated time is not promised to be spent entirely in real-time meetings or interactions. While we strive to make the most effective use of your allocated hours, various factors such as research, analysis, preparation, and internal work on deliverables contribute to the overall delivery.

Additionally, a client’s failure to be responsive, and/or creating roadblocks for the completion or usage of hours will not relieve them of their monthly or weekly financial commitment to Adsum Partners. In the case of an unresponsive client, we will make every effort to engage with you for your service(s) and will use our best judgement for the utilization of your hours towards your business needs. However, despite our best efforts, we acknowledge that, in many cases, it may not be possible to guarantee the utilization of the entire allocated time without client engagement.

Consistent issues with client engagement may lead to Adsum Partners cancelling your services at the end of your committed billing period.

As a reminder, monthly and/or weekly fees are fully earned upon payment and are non-refundable. You may cancel your service(s) at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service(s) through the end of your billing period. If you cancel your service(s), your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing.

Exceptions to these Policies

We understand that unforeseen circumstances, or true emergencies may arise on occasion, and we are open to considering exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter a unique challenge in meeting either of these policies, please contact your consultant as soon as possible to discuss the situation. Any decision to modify a policy for a one-off scenario is at the sole discretion of Adsum Partners and its leadership.
